How to make the perfect Acai Bowl

Acai Frozen Puree (Trader Joe’s, Kroger, Sprouts)

Unsweetened Almond milk

Blend the Acai puree with 1/2 cup almond milk until thick. Think DQ’s famous Blizzard shake consistency. Scoop the mixture out into a bowl and add your choice of toppings. Typically an acai smoothie bowl consists of thin banana slices, strawberry slices, a few blueberries, sprinkled chia seeds and coconut shreds. Top it off by adding shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds, and a spoonful of honey all over.

That is how you make an acai smoothie bowl! YUM!
